We own and operate Ace of Cups, Mahall’s and The Roxy. You can contact us directly or through the websites contact page about renting our space for private events. For other venues, please refer to their respective websites.
Each venue has a different protocol for lost and found. If you lost something or left something behind, please call the respective venue during their business hours.

Set times are not usually made public. Occasionally, we do our best to post these in the concert’s Facebook event however shows show times may change or run late. Please refer to your ticket for door time and expect the first act to go on within an hour of doors opening.

All refunds are made from your point of purchase. If the ticket was made on bravoartist.com then they will be automatically refunded by Dice within 72 business hours.
